Hiring for a UK Process – Inbound Customer Support Service.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good telephonic etiquette
- Experience in International Call Center for atleast 1 year
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in using the Internet for searches
- Ability and willingness to learn new things
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
- Willingness to work in the late night shifts and flexible to work in different shifts
Job Duties :
- Will receive calls from Students from UK, Dubai, Mauritius and India.
- Has to guide/resolve Students’ queries.
- Log the calls in a ticketing application
- Escalate the calls to respective department as per the scope
- Track the calls in a spreadsheet and report EOD to the Team Leader
