Job Position : Customer Care Operations executive

Job responsibilities :

  1. Identifying the dormant Bookings lying in the system.
  2. Having a strategy to release the dormant booking within the short span.
  3. Dealing with the legal team to fasten the process of cancellation or dealing with cancellation process for registered clients.
  4. Making a monthly Profit n Loss statement of the Inventory Freed.
  5. Follow up with team leads for achieving target of cancellation month on month.
