Job Description :

1. Manage information desk operations
2. Ensure proper floor management
3. Oversee agencies activities e.g cleaning, etc
4. Ensure timely MIS and reporting
5. Prepare Daily Manager on duty reports
6. Maintain complaints and queries register
7. Prepare up to date footfall records, parking records, etc
8. Ensure appropriate vendor management
9. Monitor day to day tasks performed by agencies
10. Resolve issues raised by agencies on a day to day basis
11. Manage the inventory of consumables
12. Conduct stock taking of consumables
13. Flag off consumables requirement as per minimum required levels
14. Track issue of consumables
15. Train & brief outsourced agencies & staff
16. Ensure delightful customer interaction at all touch points

Desired :
3 yrs diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
