Job Description :
Maintains customer files and tracks Order Status
Is highly proficient in MS Excel and data entry
Processes all forms of payments, tracks missing payments
Regular follow up with customers for tracking payment
Reviews orders for accuracy and compliance (ie, correct price, part number, required documentations etc…)
Prior knowledge of Order management / administration would be an added value
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
This position is on direct contract with E-novations, which will be renewed on annual basis.
