Job Location : Delhi, Delhi/NCR 
 
Job Description :
Being a 360 degree contact point for the customer. Connecting with existing customers, taking complaints, queries & selling over the phone. Help build new markets
Taking Inbound Calls
Sending correspondence to various internal and external contact points
First point resolution for the customers and coordinating with different departments to provide excellent customer service.
Ensuring all customer complaints are resolved.
Ensuring customer delight at each contact.
Making Outbound Calls – to create leads, follow up on a sales query, inviting them for various Bose run programs, generating sales leads
Sending mailers, e-mail blast, follow up calls on existing customers
Selling Bose home audio products over the phone
Making courtesy calls to existing customers.
