Job Description :
SALES/PROFIT
Achieve Store/Personal sales and Key Performance Indicator goals as assigned by the Store Manager by:
Knowledge and understanding of store sales goals
Best individual performance in line with the Brands Customer Service,the Visual Merchandising, the Merchandising guidelines and standards

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide excellent Customer Service at all times, promoting the messages outlined in the Brand’s Customer Service book and training programme:
Welcome the customers like guests in our home
Greet them
Approach them in an individual way
Profile them, discover their needs
Propose what they need, facilitating complementary sales
Create loyalty
Apply a telephone policy
Develop and retain long-term clients and add new customers to the mailing list
Maintain a positive, professional and sales orientated attitude
Maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the company’s history, customer service, product knowledge and policy and procedures
Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and collaborative teamwork
Understand and apply the philosophy of the returns policy

Desired :
The candidate could be a fresher, preferably a Graduate with 0-2 yrs of experience.
Previous work experience can be with Customer Services, Airlines or Retail Industry.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
