Desired :

• Graduate Fresher’s with no back logs in any of the Sems (BE/BTech/MBBS need not apply)
• Graduate Fresher’s who are awaiting results of 6th Sem (no back logs in previous Sems)
• Graduates with less than 3 years of non-call center exp
• Graduates with less than 6 mnths of call center exp
• Excellent command over spoken English
• Flexible to work in Shifts

Job Descrition :

• Needs to take incoming calls (Inbound) to provide Customer Service to an overseas banking client
• Rotational shifts, rotational offs,
• Work Window – 9 hours a day (including breaks), 5 days a week
