Job Description :

• Development and delivery of course curriculum including life skills.
• Conducting road shows
• Counseling candidates, registration, administering the test and course allotment
• Industry interface for assignments
• Strengthening B2Y network
• Preparation of MIS reports/Monthly reports
• Parent and community involvement
• Placements of students with the help of industry contacts
• Issuing Certificates
• Centre Administration
• Maintaining IYDP (Individual Youth Development Plan)

Desired :

• Minimum 1 – 3 yrs of experience BPO industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Command over grammer
• Experience / knowledge of BPO’s and call centers.
