Job Description :

• The ideal candidate will support customers on basic Tech issues and would be responsible for upselling Dell products to Dell customers.
• Primary role would be to upsell Dell products.

Desired : 

Excellent command in English language is a must.

Candidates from Customer Service and Sales background with call centers would find this job very challenging.

Candidates having experience with international call centers in Customer Service and Sales can apply.

PUC with 2yrs of experience or 1 yr of Internationl call center.
