As a synopsis, engineering at Zenith specializes in systems management domain in the area of Server / desktop and network health monitoring system Server, desktop application management and analysis system snapshot backup systems and management Virtualization technology Cloud computing system.
To tie the entire infrastructure management we have a specialized team who is responsible for engineering state of the art Network operation center process system. This system presently help more than 3000 system management engineers working across the globe (mainly India, US, Europe) to manage more than 300,000 servers / desktops and devices worldwide.
We are working on a next generation NOC system to enable greater automation of the entire management process. We expect minimum 5000 system management experts using this system 24*7 when commissioned.

Job Description :
Providing voice based technical support. Experience working in BPO added advantage
Desired :
- 12th / Graduation in any stream.
- 3 Months (Minimum) of experience with an international call centre / BPO.
- Excellent communication skill .
- Ready to work in shifts.
- Experience in Technical Support would be an added advantage.
