Job Description : Troubleshooting Technical issues relating to VOIP technology to US Customer
Providing Quality customer support
Answer networking queries
Willing to work in International Time Zones

Desired : Handling inbound client calls and troubleshooting their technical queries
Good at client interaction and listening skill
Willing to work in International Time Zones
Freshers or candidates with relevant experience of about 6-18 Months are also welcome
