US based Property title abstracting company, has set up a corporate entity in New Delhi (India) – through this company would carry on the niche business of title abstracting of properties in India and abroad.

Job Description :

• Write an application letter to obtain a Property History Card of a specified property at the Land Records Office including the Survey Plat.
• Go to the place the Deed books are kept and obtain certified copies of all deeds on the history card.
• Go to the Society Building Office and obtain all records held by the society, verify that the records held by the society match the History Card.
• Use the website to enter data about each document collected.
• If assigned to examine a title abstract, review the documents inputed, make sure the conveyances convey complete title and they are no gaps in the chain of title.
• Prepare a flowchart of the title and proof read data entry for typos and grammatical errors.
• Promote title services to realtors, developers, lawyers and bankers.

Desired :

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, good computer knowledge and past experience with petition/ document writers, advocates, or worked for sub-registrars for property deeds.
