Experience: 1 – 4 Years

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E.

Required :

• Proficient in SQL Server 2005/2008 design and development.
• Proficient in writing stored procedures and functions in T-SQL
• Proficient in developing and analyzing complex SQL code

Job Responsibility :

• Design schemas. Build tables, FKs, PKs, etc. Work to build a structure that meets the business needs in general
• Building queries, stored procedures, etc. that meet business needs
• Indexing and managing Indexes
• Optimizing tempDB usage.
• Identify and address the MSSQL performance bottlenecks including memory/CPU utilization, database contentions & deadlocks, wait times etc
• Take care of the Database design and implementation.
• Installation, configuration and upgrading of Microsoft SQL Server server software and related products.
• Evaluate MSSQL features and MSSQL related products.
• Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
• Database tuning and performance monitoring.
• Application tuning and performance monitoring.
• Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
