Job Description :

• Produce and Analyze detailed reports and data to identify and initiate process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Map business requirements and recommend analytical reporting strategies.
• Design, develop and test new queries and procedures for reporting team.
• Strong analytical and interpretation ability.
• A strong understanding of spreadsheets, graphing data.
• Experience and design and maintain Dashboards.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Strong communication skills. Must be able to work with onshore business partners for report requirements.
• Able to effectively interact with all levels of management and peer-groups both within and outside the reporting team.

Desired :

• Graduation, preferably having a Computer Science Background
• Experience in a financial industry or a call center will help
• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Database management using SQL Server Management Studio
