Job Description :

• This is a “Voice process” ONLY.
• This is a customer service process.
• Candidates will be required to communicate with customers.
• Candidates will be required to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls.
• This is NOT a non voice process.
• This is NOT a tech support process.

• Age Limit: 35 years only.

Note :

• Candidates must be willing to work in DAY shifts.
• Candidates must have excellent oral skills.
• Candidates must be either Graduates or Undergraduates.
• Undergraduates need to have 6 months of work ex in a BPO with relevant relieving letters.
• Freshers can apply. (Preferably 2009 Graduates)
• Freshers must have graduated in the following streams (Ba, B.Com, Bbm, Bba, Bsc, and Bca)
