  • For Manager, experience should be around 5 years. Should have worked with a good company. Should carry a major experience in recruitmetn across functions

Job Responsibilities :

  • Make Pre-Joining, Post Joining MIS.
  • Monthly MIS
  • Reactivation List.
  • Make New Joinee Input list.
  • Update Termination input on Mpower.
  • Change any kind of status on Mpower.
  • Making forecast and accordingly preparing about manpower requirement and their allocation to)
  • Follow-up of Consultants for Recruitments.
  • Line up Candidates for HR-Round of Interview.
  • Short listing OF Candidates for Matched Profile.
  • Make Interview Schedule with Line Manager.
  • Reference Check of Candidate.
  • Negotiations of salary with Candidate.
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Active participation in roll-out of PMS and other HR processes/initiatives.

I have done my Masters in Human resource management from The University of Northampton and done CIPD (Chartered in Personnel Development) After graduating in BMS- Bachelors in Management Studies) (Mumbai University), I have worked for a period of 1.3 years with HDFC bank as HR trainer.
