Job Description: Support entail installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance tuning ,Schema design, SQL tuning, PL/SQL (triggers, packages, procedures, etc) *Oracle 9i & 10g, Microsoft Sql 2005 , MySql
Desired Candidate Profile: 1. 1.Database Administrators will be required to work within the framework of the company, making teamwork a must.
2. Candidates should also have the ability to change directions, priorities and focus quickly without losing productivity.
3. Must have knowledge on MySQL, SQL-Server.
4. Should have good knowlewdge on DB Design.
5. Should be responsible for migrating data from one system to another.
6. Should be able to understand the client requirements and design database for it.
7. Should be able to create and maintain the database and ensuring proper backup is maintained at all times.
8. Excellent knowledge on performance tuning.
9. Must be able to recover database in times of Disaster.
10. Should be able to replicate the database in times of necessary.
11. Participate in design and code reviews.
12. Experience in writing complex stored procedures.
Good Command in developing Database Triggers.
