Job Description:

• Direct debt chase action against overdue invoice against active customer, via telephone and also face-to-face meeting
• Monitor all debt collection process is followed by Ops team, and make sure Ops is taking scheduled actions ( service suspend, lock-out )
• After lock-out, Prepare all documents for lawsuit
• Coordinate all legal process with attorney
• Take initiative on small amount lawsuit by himself ( no involvement from attorney )
• Take initiative on any other efficient debt collection action.
