• Inbound Customer Care Profile.
• Telecon Process.
• To handle and address customer queries & provide with suitable solutions.
• Candidate to have soft skills & customer friendly.
• Dedicated day shifts.
• No cabs would be provided.

Desired :

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Prior experience in any inbound process will be preferred.
• Candidate to be customer oriented.
• Graduates & under-graduates eligible.
• Freshers eligible.

Note : B.Techs & B.E /Regular students not eligible.
