Job Position : Technical Call Coordinator

No of Opening : 1

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Location : Delhi

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling Technical desk to solve the customer’s calls related to hardware and software problem.
  • Call Scheduling.
  • Allocation of calls to engineer and logging calls.
  • Generating Reports
  • ISP management. Follow up with ISP and provider
  • Key Account Responsibility.

Required :

  • Graduate/ Undergraduate
  • Good to average english speaking skills
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel,
  • Basic Technical Troubleshooting relating to computer hardware and software.
