• To fulfill the expectations of the organization by achieving sales target for the assigned territory with a good co-ordination to the sales team.
• Build an effective Sales Team.
• Appraise & identifier Training need.
• Joint field works & co-ordination with sales team.
• Organizing Territories.
• Distribution Management.
• Surpass Sales target for all territories.
• Conduct Sales Meeting.
• Conduct Doctors CMEs.
• Reporting Communication, Feedback to Marketing.

Desired :

• A Science / Pharmacy graduate, person having MBA ( Marketing)
