Job Description :

• Architect, design and implement VAS products Interactive Voice Response (IVR) including flow charts, scripting etc.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment to End-of-Life
• Device innovative and effective solutions in the value added services space.
• Interface with customer account teams on issues relating to VAS products
• Track product enhancements across channels
• Analyze market conditions for products and services
• Responsible for technical quality and ontime delivery. Involvement in the complete definition of the project requirement.
• Identify new product and strategy development
• Help pre-sale/sales team to delivery technical architect product notes.
• Responsible for Budget/costing with regard to Products
