Job Description :

1. Manage the sales on the call floor.
2. Oversee the improvement in sales per call of agents
3. Be a Coach to the call floor in developing sales per call
4. Train the call floor on the etiquettes of Sales Techniques

Desired :

1. Excellent command in English language (Written and Spoken)
2. Creative
3. Prior experience as a Sales Trainer/Coach
4. Experience with Sales in an international call center interested in this role can also apply.
5. Having prior experience in Sales Training can also apply.
6. Training experience in an International Call Center as Communication Coach/Sales Coach
7. Candidates who have call taking experience in Sales and interested in being a sales coach can also apply
