- Should have completed Graduation.
- UG should have atleast 1yr Intl call center OR 2yrs other domain exp.
- BE/BTECH freshers 65% Or 1yr Intl call center exp.
- Should be aware of basic hardware and troubleshooting.
- Should be flexible working in rotational shifts.
- Preferably should have hands on exp related to hardware troubleshooting or ISP or any technical process.
Job Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting customer queries regardin Laptops and Desktops.
- Purely into Hardware Troubleshooting for US customers.
- Completely inbound, Upselling part of profile.
- Provide First – level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
- Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
- Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
- Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
