Job Position : Technical Support Executives

Job Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be supporting Global customers of Dell in Tech issues.
- Tech Support will be primarily on Windows Operating System and Hardware issues in Desktops and Laptops.
- Provide first-level support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
- Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
- Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
- Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
Job Details :
Candidates applying for this job should be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFTS.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English is a must.
- Good knowledge in computer Hardware and Windows Operating systems.
- Candidates with Hardware Certification, MCSE, A+ Certification will find this job as the right job to progress in their career.
- Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
