Job Title : Extended Business Office Solutions – Compliance Team Member, Hyderabad 

Experience : 0 – 5 Years 

Education : B.Tech/B.E. – Computers Job Description : Conduct compliance reviews – IBB, Desk Reviews etc
Conduct compliance related classroom trainings
Review existing compliance tools/ processes and suggest changes
Revise existing training material
Document processes
Contribute to compliance newsletter
Actively participate in compliance week and other compliance related activities

Desired : 1. Minimum 3 – 5 years of USHC knowledge
2. Awareness of basic HIPAA and compliance guidelines
3. Should have experience of making & working on reports
4. Proactiveness & Creativity
5. Good at suggesting process improvements
6. Good verbal and written communication skills
7. Maturity to handle conflict situations
