Job Description : Business Support Exchange (BSX) is a full-service global business support center. Its goal is to empower Deloitte practitioners with Intellectual capital, methods, tools and solutions that enhance the sales and delivery of solutions and services. BSX supports knowledge management by establishing ‘People to Content’ and ‘People to People’ connectivity.

Operating 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, BSX team works closely with Global Consulting Knowledge Management, Global Methods & Tools, Solutions Network, Subject Matter Experts and other teams, to meet the information needs of Deloitte practitioners. In the United States, BSX also collaborates with subject matter experts in SR&I, Deloitte AERS LLP, Deloitte Tax LLP, and Deloitte FAS LLP.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to…
Handle and address Business Support related requests/queries related to the firm’s intellectual capital and solutions.
Respond to practitioner requests for information but meeting stipulated SLA.
Use MS outlook receive and respond to practitioner queries.
Search internal intellectual property databases to address requests.
Maintain a working knowledge of Industry, services areas, functions, methods and tools.
Manage service requests from origination to completion.
Record service requests, correspondence and resolution in a call management system.
Follow standard escalation process to resolve issues.

Use of tools liket DeloitteOnline and other Deloitte standard tools for smooth functioning.
Participate in knowledge sharing and transfer sessions when required.

Desired : Any graduate degree holder
Basic computers, PGDCA or any 1 year computer diploma.
Familiarity with consulting and other professional services.
English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to interact with peers and customers
Proficiency in Microsoft office packages and internet search.
