Job Description :
Taking internal calls and doing basic troubleshooting in terms of connections and boot process with Remote Troubleshooting
Assist all end users with general computer operation and desktop application software questions and problems
Receive; analyze; monitor and resolve PC; telephone; and network problems
Responsible for appropriately staging, dispatching, and escalating problem related issues to technical specialist

Desired :
The candidate should be a graduate
Good oral and written communication skills
Willing to work in night shifts
Should have done a computer course
