Job Description : We are looking for diploma fresher(0-6months exp) for the position of Resident Technical Asst/Executive for Mumbai(Maharshtra Region) .The responsibilities of Resident Technical Assistant / Executive are as follow:
Providing Service Support and Troubleshooting of Ethernet to E1 Converters (4E1 /8E1) / HDSL Modems supplied/installed in various SSAs of BSNL under the Juridiction of Maharashtra Circle, as and when required.
Operating from his home and if requirement occurs, he should be available within 24hrs at client’s site.
Providing online instructions for installations of these converters/ HDSL Modems.
Providing technical training for installations of Ethernet Converters / HDSL Modems, if required.
Online reporting to Noida Office on the daily basis.
Candidate has to go through a training session of 7-10 days at Noida office for the understanding of profile.
Desired : Candidate should have:-
Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications with minimum 0-1 yr of relevant work experience.
If experienced, then field exposure is must.
Should have good knowledge of hardware networking and troubleshooting.
Must be a Team Player.
Candidate should be a resident of Mumbai or nearby places, who can join immediately.
Candidate must be willing to travel within Maharashtra region and should have good geographical Idea about Maharashtra
Good command over local language.
