Job Description :

• Implement our Needs based Selling approach (DISHA).
• Achieve your agreed targets & facilitate HDFCSL Products.
• Monitor and evaluate achievement of your targets against expectations
• Interact regularly with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
• Review their financial arrangements at least once a year.
• Ensure sole focus is to the HDFCSL business.
• Service client bank effectively.
• Minimize lapses.
