Qualification :
B.Pharma , M.Pharma

Required :

1. Extensively worked on Infringement analysis
2. Competitive intelligence (details related to MMA, ANDA filings, NDA filings, and SNDA filings and predicting the launch dates of products
3. Expertise in handling Scifinder, Delphion, STN, Newport Horizon, IMS or any other similar database.
4. Person with a diploma in patent law is preferable

Job Responsibilties :

1. Prepare the internal patent evaluation reports.
2. Carry out proper assessment of patents.
3. Respond to the queries raised by the marketing team for clarity on certain patents.
4. Carry out thorough literature search and send the report to R&D.
5. Refer various journals and gather relevant information.
6. Short list the relevant patents/applications and do thorough analysis of key pertinent patents/applications.
7. Read file history of relevant patents.
