1. Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analysing job requirements and finalising candidates.
2. Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
3. Interview candidates to assess their suitability for employment and growth within the organization
4. Meet and manage recruitment targets for the organization.
5. Support new initiatives

Desired :

1. S/he should be an MBA with hands on experience in recruitment
2. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
3. Expected to be highly independent, should be able to plan ahead, and manage complexities.
4. Working knowledge of MS Office
