Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations

Job Responsibilities :

• Training and Employee Retention
• Manage all activities relating to the effective development of human resources to achieve business objectives
• Ensure the assessment of short and long-term individual and organisational development needs
• Design, plan and implement specific training and development programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills (e.g. leadership, project management, soft skills, IT and technical knowledge)
• Implement and coordinate consistent, “state of the art” local HR processes, that ensure personnel development, employee satisfaction, performance and retention of the best people.
• Preparation and updation of Organization Chart
• HR Processes should be in parallel with DSIN Management System

• Clarity in HR concepts
• Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning
