Job Title : Service Engineer (Chennai)

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Education : B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication,Diploma – Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication

Location : Chennai

Job Description :
As a Service Engineer, you should be able to provide quality after sales service to customers. The position offers a stimulating challenge to the incumbent who would have to focus on a number of important / urgent aspects, some of which are enumerated below:

Handle service station activity with minimum response
time for repairs.
To reduce response time to customers calls within the
assigned territory in respect of commissioning, trouble
shooting, servicing, overhauling of products and other
services being rendered to customers.
Implement up to date execution of existing service plans.
Strong commitment to develop a territorial service data
bank.
Monitoring of spurious activities / service providers’
activities, develop counter measures, etc.
Handle service interventions of complex nature which
require substantial technical knowledge and experience.

This is a contractual position for one year and can be renewed after that.

Desired :
Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics & telecommunication Engineering.
1 to 3 yrs of experience in responsible capacity in service / maintenance.
