Job Description  :

• Coordinating and follow-up of all engineering works required for the Excitation projects execution
• Managing resources and competences within his team.
• Improving permanently the efficiency of the Engineering team.
• Coordinating the distribution and the execution of the Engineering activities in India and Abroad.
• Defining and managing processes and tools improvement actions as per the Quality requirement policies.
• Ensuring the coherence of the working methodologies, procedures and tools within the Engineering organization
• Performance Measurement: On time Delivery of all the Engineering documents, and Objectives, Targets and Performance Measurements are defined on a yearly basis.

Desired :

• B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical /Electrical & Electronics) M.E/ M.Tech (Power systems/ Power Electronics /Electrical Machines)
• Worked for Design & manufacturing of Excitation systems for Generators.
• Exposure to STATIC and BRUSH LESS Excitation systems.
• Worked on Automation equipments like DCS and PLC.
• Familiar with Standards like IEEE, IEC and IS – Having exposure to testing of Alternators, AVR, Excitation transformer and Different parts of AVR.
