I am a fresher E.C. Engineer 2009 pass out(72%). But only 53% in 10+2. I want a job in cora field. Please guide me how can i get because i am looking for it till last 2 years.

i have done my BE(ec) with 70% marks and 10th with 72% but in 12th i have got only 48% and am working in telecom but i am looking a job in chip designing or VLSI designing please give me advice to what i have to do.

I have completed engineering degree in electronics & communication in 1996 from The Institution of Engineers(India).I have gone through the experiences in the field of computer, Hydro-power, Energy management etc. through no. of companies.
