Job Responsibilities :

1. Work as Seller Support with NexTag Sellers/Buyers and provide Support to US /UK Clients.
2. Daily monitoring of site data quality.
3. Setting up new merchants on our system.
4. Understand our catalog taxonomy and manage the same.
5. Handle the queries in the support boxes involves fixing the issues and replying to the mails.
6. Review the Seller/Product Review queues.
7. Meet the support SLA.
8. Maintain the various salesforce reports.
9. Knowledge of salesforce and configuration as per process need.
