Job Description :
- Respond to employee inquiries using extensive knowledge of ADC’s US Benefit Programs and broad knowledge of ADC policies, guidelines and practices; legal requirements; and technology.
- Research, resolve or escalate general inquiries and basic employee relations issues. Reset passwords for Employee Express, ADClearn, and ADCperform.
- Be knowledgeable and able to answer basic questions regarding SAP, Employee Express, Equity Edge, Success Factors and other employee and manager electronic tools.
- Document inquiries in Remedy system
- Provide support for projects such as stock and benefit administration, US staffing activities, Leadership and Organization Development activities, HR Business Partner projects, etc.
- Administer various HR programs, such as APS Shirts, Auto Allowance, Employment Verifications etc.
- Create spreadsheets and power point documents used for communication, tracking and analysis. Run pre-designed reports and create simple reports using Analyzer.
- Develop and update processes and identify and implement process improvements.
Desired :
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge/experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge/experience in a Call Center
- Knowledge of US Benefits, Payroll, and/or employment practices desired
