Experience: 1 – 2 years

Job Description:

• Team Development, Motivation, Performance Management and Effective Interpersonal Communication.
• Project Management activities such as Deliverable Identification, Project Implementation Planning, Project Cost Auditing, and Resource Availability Analysis & Timely Coordination.
• Team Management during the project phase including the Task Identification, Task Allocation, Resource Planning and Scheduling, Project Progress, Logistics, Inventory Management, Quarterly Planning on Inventory. monitoring to ensure the Delivery as per quality, time and cost parameters.
• Customer Relations and Vendor Management.
• Self-driven, able to prioritize tasks and implement changes smoothly.
• A result oriented person with a strong analytical mindset and a never-ending zeal to learn and excel.
• Periodic Review on Weekly Reports, Preventive Maintenance Schedule Plan, Preparing Analysis and Corrective Measure.
• Strong Knowledge in O&M activities, Micro Wave, BTS sites. Should have handle the site individually and should possess in depth knowledge.
