Job Description:
• Creating concepts and content for marketing collateral such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, leaflets, banners, backdrops, patient handbooks, direct mail etc.
• Liaising with doctors for content and creation of the FHM Newsline and FHM Health Balance sheet -to create and copy edit topical articles
• To attempt to compliment every marketing event with some literature
• To offer support to public relation activities initiated by the marketing department by way of collaterals such as banners, backdrops , standees, relevant pamphlets, reading material etc
• Coordinating with departments/doctors/employees for information
• To create presentations for review meets or monthly presentations sent to the corporate or any such unforeseen requirements.
• All branding activities both external and internal for brand promotion and brand image. External brand promotion options such as branding of Fortis at strategic points in the tricity .
• Regular scrutiny of all branding used by the Hospital, ensure that logos, fonts, colors etc. on visiting cards, letterheads, envelops as well as indoor/outdoor publicity conform strictly to standardized guidelines set by corporate office.
• Coordinating with designers & printers to ensure good quality at best price
• Reviewing and proof reading literature for other departments to ensure quality, if required.
• Any other task assigned by the HOD and the management

Experience: 0 – 5 Years

Education: B.A or M.A in Arts&Humanities, Communication, English, Journalism, PR/Advertising, MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, Advertising/Mass Communication
