  • Knowledge in tele-calling, cold calling, marketing
  • High regard for confidentiality of information.
  • Proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge local sources – private, government, NGO etc
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Self driven and motivated / Strong team player.

Job Duties :

  1. Timely understanding of current and future manpower needs and constantly explore & identify various sources and
    implements improvements to staffing processes.
  2. Develops and maintain contacts with schools/colleges, alumni groups, diversity groups and other public organizations to find and attract potential applicants.
  3. Identify candidates through cold calling, lead generation, internet recruiting and referrals
  4. Develops networks with external sources to continually improve sourcing strategies and capabilities.
  5. Coordinates with agencies, participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs.
  6. Coordinates all communications with applicants, including interview scheduling, employment information, etc.
  7. Develop, recommend and implement creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
  8. Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and share the feedback with Divisional Manager, Area HR for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  9. Assist in conducting new employee orientation
  10. Performs/coordinates reference and background checks on applicants.
  11. Serve as EFL ambassador in reaching out candidates and institutions.
  12. Ensure and maintain database of potential candidates
  13. Effectively promote internal recruitment programs to get the best results
  14. Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Divisional Manager and Area Head.
