Job Description :
The scope of work would involve research, valuation and analysis of companies and sectors.
Will assist corporate finance group in execution of investment banking projects including merger and acquisition advisory and domestic/international capital market transactions.
Will assist in structuring and negotiating deal execution.
Preparing presentation material to pitch for deals.

Female Only.
Experience 0-2years.
Motivated and confident graduates, with a consistently excellent academic record.
Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
Post Graduates (MBA –Finance/CA/CFA) who reside in Mumbai.
Other key requirements include basic knowledge of finance, interest in capital markets and willingness to work long hours.
Selected individual must have excellent presentation skills, ability to interact with high level executives as well as the technical team, must be able to participate as a team member, yet self motivated to perform as an individual as well, must be resilient and able to work effectively in a corporate environment.
