Desired : Knowledge of SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle).
Knowledge of Testing Life Cycle(Testing Concepts), preferable to have the knowledge of Basic Programming(Any language)/Scripting(Any scripting language).
Knowledge of any Test Automation Tool.

Domain Skills: Basic Idea about the Investment Banking/Trading & Settlement business. (Good to have) 
Good Analytical and Logical Skills. (Must Have)
