Job Title : Training Coordinator 

Experience : 0 – 2 Years 

Job Description : Responsible for logistics for all the training program
Should work on the Learning System in updating the training calendar for BPO & IT
Update the attendance of participants attending the training sessions.
Timely feedback to the facilitators.
Reporting should be done on a daily basis
Maintain effective database.
Communicate with internal stakeholders for the smooth running of the program. 

Desired : This individual would be working closely with the performance consultants in Chennai. This person work involves coordination with the trainers, managers & associates within the organization. Also responsible for logistics of all the training program and MIS.
