Job Position : Customer Service Executive – Voice

Experience : 0 – 2 Years

Work Place : Mumbai

Job details :

  1. Full Time – Inbound Customer Service associates required with 2 yrs of relevant experience. 80% voice and 20% back office. Willing to work in night shifts for a telecom service provider company.
  2. Part Time – Outbound Collections (1st Party) Shift timings : 630 am – 930 am
  3. Full Time – Customer Service Executives required for a UK based telecom service provider for a web based email writing process

Required :

  1. French speaking Customer Service Executive required for a US based process having atleast 6 months of relevant experience.
  2. Technical Helpdesk Executives required with minimum 6 months experience in Helpdesk support.
  3. Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  4. Willingness to work in shifts
