Job Description : Duties include, but are not limited to:
Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.Matching the invoices received from the vendors.
Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 %.
Able to meet the productivity target set.
Scanning the images that are received via email in to the scanning application.
Maintain all control files as per the audit requirements.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data.
Desired : MBA/M.Com/MS (accounting) with Accounting as Major subject. (Applicant can be a Fresher / with less than 6 months of experience.)
B.com with 1-2 years relevant experience in financial operations.
Preferable Academic Track record of more than 75 % in Accountancy and Statistics throughout the educational career of the applicant.
Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
Attention to detail and good time management skills.
Ability to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in matching.
Ability to meet stringent deadlines associated with this job responsibilities.
Good typing speed â 25-30 w.p.m
