Job Description :

1.Payroll Processing
Drafting employees’ salary statement as well as individual employee’s salary slip.

2.Statutory Govt. Formalities
Provident Fund, ESI, TDS, STPI

3.Petty Cash Management
Daily petty (office & administrative expenses) cash transactions.

4.MIS
PSC Reports, Marketing Reports, IR Report-PSC/ Mktg.

5.Accounts Receivable Management
Master/VISA Payments, Inward Remittance, Payment Gateway

6.Project Ledger
POF, Performa Invoice, Final Invoice, Payment Receipt.

Desired :
Required Smart, Dyanamic Accountant who should be capable to handle the accounts department. Excellent coomunication and writing skills, working knowledge in Tally, filing of returns, TDS etc
