Job Description :

1. To analyse and establish proper controls mechanism for business processes in line with the requirements under Sarbanes Oxley Act.
2. Complying with Eaton financial policies, Indian & US GAAP. Further, the incumbent will also be responsible for mapping & documenting controlled processes for finance functions. Experience in Sox documentation will be an added advantage for this profile.
3. The profile will be a responsible for driving Internal Audit and Sox Validations for the business
4. Will be responsible for maintenance and accounting of Fixed Assets.
5. The profile will be single point contact for Corporate Finance team during Statutory and Tax audit.
6. Will be responsible for compliance in connection with Indirect Taxation and Transfer Pricing and will be working closely other functions for achieving the same.
7. Will be responsible for ensuring proper health of all Balance Sheet Accounts.
