Accretive Health India manages some of the core backend process like pre-registration, Registration, Accounts recievables, Medical transcription, Claims management, high end underpayment Analytics, revenue cycle analytics, off shore software development etc.
Job Title : Financial Quality Analyst
Experience : 0.5 yr – 3 yrs
Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Description :
Developing initial operating budgets for managed revenue cycle departments.
Managing labor and non-labor reporting and accounting for managed department.
Implementation and management of Accretive Health revenue improvement scorecards.
Preparation and management of monthly financial statements.
Oversee the measurement and reporting of patient accounts receivable.
Manage patient cash reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Financial analyses and identification of Accretive Health improvements.
Conduct the evaluation of client third party contractual reserves and allowance for bad debts.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Hospital audit experience and/or experience in hospital accounting for contractual/bad debt reserve
MBA or Master’s in Finance and/or Accounting preferred
CPA designation preferred
Should be Proficient in Excel.
Note : Cab and Meals would also be given additionally.
