Job Description :

  • Handle inbound calls from mortgage borrowers and insurance and title companies on status update on payment /taxes/escrow details
  • Assist the caller in dispatching year end mortgage statements and follow up with internal department for generating the same.
  • Ability to do research on payment delays and taxes incurred in loan accounts of the borrower when asked by the borrower about the same
  • Follow up on the tasks raised for resolution of the customer issues with respect to the mortgage payments and close the same by calling the customer.
  • Give suggestions /feedback on process improvement proactive issue resolution

Desired :

  • B.sc / BA / Bcom/BBM
  • At least 6 to 12 months of experience in inbound US voice process.
  • Call taking experience in Customer Service /collections in servicing space in Mortgage preferred.
  • Experience in navigating Fidelity Servicing platform as a user.
  • Typing skills with average speed of 30 WPM.
